can't open web status page

When attempting to open a web browser and enter an IP address, a prompt appears asking for a username and password. After submitting the credentials, the RevPi status tab briefly opens for just one second before prompting for the username and password again. This issue persists, preventing access to the RevPi status tab

continues same thing happen i didn't open any app any service even didn't work on revpi
