New Support Team

Dear Revolution Pi Community. As far as support is concerned, our international success had very negative effects. We couldn't keep up and our support response times were unpleasantly long. We would like to apologize for that, but also thank you: the support you give to each other and to us here in ...

Re: Hardware Certification

Then it's not a cooling problem. As for vibrations I don't have values. But I had the RevPis on 5 fork lift trucks in a rental fleet for three months without problems. And that's near to tanks in real war scenarios.

Re: Hardware Certification

Our official statement is that we have no certifications for aviation so we can't guarantee for it. We expect in great heights there might be problems with the cooling of the device so the device can reduce the processor frequency. The use-case raised much attention here in our dev teams. If we can ...

Re: Rev Pi Connect issue

Hi JoshuaP,

thanks for testing this. The easiest way to see if the flashing works would be to flash another RevPi - or is it the only RevPi yopu have at hand?
Can you use a display and see if its booting up properly?

Re: Trivial problem getting INPUTs as UPDATE TO MSSQL

Hi Aimovoria, welcome to the Revolution Pi Family. Greetings from the RevPi Support Team. Nice to have you on board. :-) We're looking into Forum issues when they don't get an answer in a certain period of time. First of all your idea to use NodeRed and SQL seems like a valid idea to us. From Suppor...

Re: Modbus Register schreiben

Hi, we're currently replicating the issue. The topic geebinge pointed out is correct. See if you need IoT EdgeHub listen on port 443. (check here https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/azure/iot-edge/troubleshoot?view=iotedge-2018-06#check-your-firewall-and-port-configuration-rules ) By default Apache2 (W...

Re: Behavior of RevPi DIO input nodes at turn on in a Node-Red setting

Hi Daniele, use a start-up-trigger node with a RevPi get pin. Make sure you add some delay so that the pi is already botted up completely. https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-startup-trigger https://revolutionpi.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/2021-11-30-11_31_46-Node-RED-_-10.33.20.136.png

Re: Reinstall stretch on a RevPiFlat

Hi, thanks for your question. First of all as you already know the RevPi Flat was built in a way that you can not modify the OS Image easily at least not without breaking the seals and using the CM3 IO Board as you did. Please note that we offer a service to flash new images on existing hardware so ...
