How to use C# .Net with PiControl DIO

Hi, I am going to use C# and .Net 5.0 on my RevPi core3+. I am looking for some input on the best way to access the digital I/O on the DIO-module. I can see that this Github is linked other places in the forum: https://github.com/FrankPfattheicher/RevolutionPi. but i am not sure that it is the best....
