Issue:
DIO Outputs not working consistently.

Summary:
We are receiving inputs, but not getting 24V outputs. When using piTest it shows that the outputs should be on.
We have one input connected, and two outputs connected to another device via a relay. So:
Input <---> Relay1 <---> device
Output 1<---> Relay2 <---> device
Output 2 <---> Relay3 <---> device
At the output relays we are seeing no voltage and they are not being triggered.

We have seen this 3 times recently on different DIO modules, including the + and S models.
Restarting sometimes fixes the issue but it's not a consistent way to fix it - sometimes it persists after restart.
Unfortunately we haven't been successful in consistently reproducing this error either.
TWO of the DIO modules eventually started working. The THIRD DIO is still in this bad state unfortunately.

I can only tell you at the moment that it is best to do the checklist to bring the device up to date.
