CODESYS Redundancy - synchronizing Modbus TCP Slave Device IO Map

Post by MaltarLED »

Hello,

I am trying to set up a redundant system of two RevPi Connect+ controllers, the controllers have a Modbus TCP Slave device setup.

Is it possible to synchronize the IO map of the Modbus TCP Slave on the controllers and how?

Hi but this is an interesting request. First of all, I think it makes sense to ask a question at CODESYS Forge, i.e. in the CODESYS forum.
I just found this about "Redundancy" - could this be from you?

Hello Dirk,

I posted a question regarding this topic on Codesys Forge forum but I didn't get any answer. I hope that maybe somebody ran in the same issue using the RevPi controllers. I will certainly try to get the answer and if I solve the problem I'm posting the solution here. :)
