Modbus RTU 485 Master

Hi,
i have a communication problem with Modbus RTU communication on MyrevPi Connect + with Voltage Meter Lovato DMG210
I always get a reading with zero value on my VL1 reading register at address 0002H (Single Phase L1 Voltage).
Can I get help to solve the problem?

Note:
If I connect the instrument Lovato DMG210 directly to my pc, through a simpleusb / rs485 converter ad Modbus Poll software , the reading of the registers working.
