piTest -d: cannot retrieve device list: no such device

Hi,
ich habe einen RevPI komplett neu aufgesetzt (mit dem letzten Buster Image), die Seriennummer und die MacAdresse des Netzwerkanschlusses angegeben und mit Putty verbunden. Die Ausführung des Befehls piTest -d auf dem Terminal ergabe: cannot recieve device list.
Das selbe Problem tritt auf wenn ich unsere .rsc Dateien importiere und irgendeine Config über das Pictory lade, die Treiber resette bzw. den RevPI gleich neu starte.

Gibt es Lösungsvorschläge?

damit wir das Problem genauer untersuchen können, benötigen wir bitte mehr Informationen:
  • Welches Image nutzt du? (cat /etc/revpi/image-release)
  • Welchen Kernel nutzt du? (uname -a)
  • Kernel Log Datei (/var/log/kern.log)
  • Pictory Konfiguration (cat /etc/revpi/config.rsc)

Linux RevPI64373 5.10.103rt62-v7

Die config.rsc ist 2kb groß, die kernel.log 104kb. Gibt es die Möglichkeit (aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit) diese Dateien hier in das Forum einzubinden (evtl. als .txt-Dateien)? Das Forum lässt diese Art der Dateien nicht zu.

Edit: Ich habe testweise unsere Pictory-Testdateien (.rsc) kopiert. "sudo dmesg | more" zeigt mehrfach an: no picontrol reset possible, a firmware update is runinng" und danach"problem at driver initialization" und wieder von vorne.

PiControl kann die Sniff Pins nicht initialisieren:

aber ich sehe gerade selbst in der /boot/config.txt dass dtoverlay=revpi-connect-se verweist. Wie kann ich die Konfiguration im Nachhinein ändern?

Hi,

der einfachste Weg ist das factory reset erneut durchzuführen. Hierzu "rm /home/pi/.revpi-factory-reset" ausführen und danach ein mal ab- und wieder anmelden. Alternativ kann der factory reset auch ohne An und Abmelden mit "sudo /usr/sbin/revpi-factory-reset connect SERIAL MAC" gestartet werden.

Im factory reset, werden keine Daten gelöscht, sondern lediglich der Hostname gesetzt, sowie diverse Model-spezfische Anpassungen geladen.
