Hi this seams like a serious problem. You may use the watchdog feature in order to enable an automatic restart. If this is not a option for you we have to examine the device here. Please tell me if I shall send you an RMA.

Hello Eric, you can see in the data sheet of the modules what power it consumes. Out of this you can then lay out the fuse. Hi, maybe the AIO module is on the left side of the RevPi Core Module. So try to change the position, save, restart driver and again "piTest -d".
