is the piSerial error permanent or does it only occur irregularly? The error is raised when the chip is in sleep mode but usually it should work in the subsequent call as described in the thread you already found.

bitte mal mit einem anderen USB Kabel probieren (manche sind nicht vollständig belegt und daher nur zum Ladne geeignet). Hast du ansonsten die Möglichkeit das Flashen einmal mit einem Linux Rechner zu probieren?

so wie es aussieht findet rpiboot kein Device. Kannst du bitte einmal andere USB Ports testen und ggf. andere, nicht zwingend notwendige USB Geräte trennen? Welche Version von rpiboot hast du im Einsatz?
